Vectio positions itself as an expert in Commuting Plans

The recently approved Sustainable Mobility Law requires large Spanish companies (more than 200 employees, or 100 per shift) to create Sustainable Mobility Plans to organise the travel of employees, suppliers and customers, seeking to reduce the environmental impact of daily staff travel and improve quality of life. The company must analyse how its workers travel (car, public transport, bicycle, on foot, etc.).

Vectio can help you by developing a comprehensive Sustainable Mobility Plan for your company.

  • First, we analyse your employees’ travel habits through surveys and mobility data.
  • Then, we identify the main problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • We design measures tailored to the company, such as promoting public transport or car sharing. We also study active mobility solutions, such as cycling or walking.
  • We advise you on compliance with current regulations and accompany your company in the implementation of the plan.
  • Finally, we establish indicators to evaluate the results and carry out periodic monitoring and updating of the plan.

At Vectio, we are experts in developing Commuting Plans and have been helping large and medium-sized companies implement them for years. Corporations such as ArcelorMittal Spain, entities such as Autoridad Portuaria de Gijón and large shopping centres such as Plaza Mayor in Malaga have trusted Vectio to carry out their plans.
