Mobility by Vectio with José Manuel Vassallo

At Mobility by Vectio, we visited the School of Civil Engineering in Madrid to chat with the new director of the TRANSyT-UPM Transport Research Center and Professor of Transport at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, José Manuel Vassallo. Throughout the conversation, we discussed interesting topics such as the recently approved Sustainable Mobility Law, the role that TRANSyT plays with its research and dissemination work, the revolution that AI will bring to our conception of mobility and transport, public-private collaboration and its importance in improving models, and the role of Madrid as a Living Lab for mobility thanks to its public transport companies and commitment to sustainable mobility.
