Mobility by Vectio with José Luis Moura

Professor José Luis Moura Berodia, director of the SUMLAB at the University of Cantabria, gives us a tour of this facility, located at the School of Civil Engineering in Santander. This research group is one of the national pioneers in the study and modelling of traffic and mobility, and has over 20 years’ experience in the transport engineering sector. Professor Moura Berodia is a leading figure in transport engineering, and it has been a pleasure for Mobility by Vectio to hear his views and visit the facilities of the SUM+LAB he heads.

His vision of mobility, the integration of AI and new technologies whilst maintaining a humanistic perspective, collaboration with other leading centres, between public authorities and companies, and the challenges facing the mobility of the future are some of the topics we discussed with Professor Moura.
