We chatted with Vicente Luque Cabal, Mining Engineer and former Deputy Head of the Transnational Networks Program of the European Commission. During the conversation, we talked about his professional career, which took him from the management of the Santa Barbara well in Hunosa in the 70’s to Brussels to work in the European Union. In his work within the European institutions, he was involved in both the reconversion of the coal sector and the redesign of the Union’s transnational transport networks.
