Our Technical Director Jorge Luis Rodríguez Rodríguez spoke as one of the guest speakers on Thursday, June 4, at the #AimsunDayBarcelona event held at AMEC’s offices in Barcelona. The Traffic Study for the closure of the CV-18 highway during construction of the New Access to the Port of Castellón was the project chosen by Vectio | Traffic & transport planning in collaboration with Datfor to illustrate our work using the tools provided by Aimsun. During our Technical Director’s presentation, each phase of the project’s implementation was detailed, along with how the technology provided by Aimsun is highly useful in transportation modeling.
In addition to Rodríguez himself, other members of the Vectio team, such as Itziar Buruchaga and Azariel Menéndez, attended the event in Barcelona.
