Vectio celebrates #INWED26 by highlighting the role of its female engineers

At Vectio, every day is Women in Engineering Day, because more than half of our team are women. Indeed, female talent is becoming increasingly prominent in the sector, as demonstrated by Witam through its work to raise awareness of and recognise the role of women in transport and mobility.

To mark this #INWED26, which we are celebrating today, 23 June, we wanted to put the spotlight on three of our female engineers – from three different generations but united by a shared passion. Itziar Buruchaga paved the way for them all, Irene Méndez is a shining example of female talent, and Laura Hernández is embarking on her career, guided by the experience of both.

For the past decade, Vectio has been marking this date to highlight the vital role played by all our female colleagues in the ongoing growth of the transport and mobility sector, both nationally and internationally.

Because at Vectio, every day is Women in Engineering Day.

Happy Women in Engineering Day – our sector would be nothing without all of you.
