Vectio celebrated its 19th anniversary with a day of training and cultural activities

On Thursday, March 26, Vectio celebrated its 19th anniversary with a day of socializing and both educational and cultural activities—an event that has become a tradition at the company over the past several years, coinciding with the annual gathering marking the company’s founding. First, the event provided an opportunity to share Vectio’s excellent financial results over the past twelve months, as well as expectations that these ratios will continue to improve in fiscal year 2026. Both Carlos Suárez, CEO of Vectio, and Jorge Rodríguez, the company’s Technical Director, gave a detailed presentation on the financial metrics from the last fiscal year, as well as projections for the future.

For the training segment, the event featured business mentoring and leadership specialist Jan Vos, who delivered a highly engaging masterclass on negotiation and business communication as applied to the engineering sector. As part of the activities designed by Jan Vos—a coach with an international track record—the Vectio team participated in various exercises focused on assessing and enhancing knowledge transfer.

In the afternoon, a guided tour was organized to one of the most interesting exhibitions currently in Madrid, the one organized by the Canal Foundation on Urban Art. The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through time, exploring the history of this artistic expression over the past decades, focusing on such iconic figures as Basquiat, Keith Haring, and Banksy.

Vectio is approaching the next twelve months, leading up to its 20th anniversary, with a heavy workload of international projects and an enviable reputation in the transportation engineering sector, earned through 19 years of professional consulting work.
