In the week that celebrates the fundamental work done by women in engineering, from Vectio | Traffic & transport planning we claim the leading role of our female engineers in the work we do. Precisely two of them, Irene Méndez and Shireen Al Suleiman had an important participation in the XVI Congress of Transport Engineering University of Zaragoza held last week.
Irene Méndez Manjón presented the papers Tourism Spatial Analysis in Relation to Urban and Interurban Mobility: The Case of Gijón and Analysis of High Speed Rail Usage in Mieres: A Study Based on User Surveys.
Shireen Al Suleiman presented her paper Gender Differences in Bus Satisfaction and Usage: A Factor Analysis Comparison Between Oviedo and Tangier.
