Marta Castro new director of Vectio in Panama

Marta Castro has more than 22 years of experience managing projects financed by international organisations, especially the IDB and the IBRD. She has 18 years of international experience, coordinating projects in Panama and Central America. He has specialised in the formation and management of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. She has led projects with a strong social and territorial component, supporting the Government of Panama in the management and regularisation of the territory in rural, urban, indigenous and protected areas.

Marta Castro holds an international MBA with a specialisation in Strategic Management and is an Agronomist Engineer, a certified coach and has training in project management based on PMI standards.

As Director of Vectio Panama, Marta will be leading a new headquarters of the company, with the objective of developing new business opportunities in Central America. We are sure that her incorporation to the Vectio team will be a guarantee for the execution of interesting international projects. Your experience and knowledge are a fundamental value for us.
