The company KFC Restaurants Spain S.L., wants to know the traffic that circulates through the roads attached to different areas located by the Portuguese geography, in which it has foreseen the possible location of its restaurants.
The purpose of this study is to provide KFC Restaurants Spain S.L. with a traffic study that reveals the current flow of traffic in the environment, where the company plans to set up, facilitating decision-making. The current traffic status will be analyzed by time, daily and monthly sections. Likewise, a prognosis of future evolution will be made.
The works carried out have been the following:
- Installation of an artificial vision camera.
- Installation of two radar technology stations.
- Compilation and analysis of the public data available from the “Relatório de Tráfego na Rede Nacional de Autosestradas” of the “Instituto da Mobilidade e dos Transportes, I.P”.
