The client requests a traffic and mobility study for the processing of the license for a development intended mainly for Logistics and Industrial Services in the district of Villaverde, in Madrid. In compliance with the requirements of the current urban planning legislation of the Madrid City Council, a traffic study is required to provide information on the current travel flow of the environment, estimate the traffic generation of the future development based on its land uses and diagnose, thanks to the use of simulation software, the road capacity and its level of service.
Likewise, since the implementation of a new activity will generate, to a greater or lesser extent, an impact on the operating conditions of the existing infrastructures, the service levels will be analyzed, and improvement measures will be proposed if necessary, in order to ensure that traffic conditions are maintained in terms of efficient and fluid mobility.
